We don't, however, we provide you with resources to easily do it on your own! If in the event you'd like more assistance along the way or once the items have been delivered, you can work with us on an hourly basis.

If an item is no longer available within a 48-hour window of when you received your design package, we will provide an alternative at no additional cost.

Give us as much information as possible in your questionnaire (which you will receive via email once we begin working together). The more we have at the beginning, the better so we can apply this knowledge to your project.

We will have an initial 20-minute phone consultation to kick off the project. After that, communication will primarily be via email. We're happy to respond to questions or to receive any new ideas or images you want to share. Once email correspondence exceeds 25 minutes, you will be billed by the hourly rate of $150.

We do our best to limit this outcome as much as possible but sometimes, things appear difference once in person. Please make sure to review images and measurements before ordering. Some items will be returnable while others may not be.
